This is one of many short video segments which will be added to the Digital Tipping Point (DTP) archive. This series of segments comprises an interview of Christophe Cazin. At the time of this interview, Christophe was the person in charge of technical strategy at the Bureau of Information and Communication Information Systems of the Interior Ministry for France. He currently holds a position as the Deputy Manager Engineering of Equipment and Deployment. His current responsibility is mainly to establish the data-processing policy for the deployment of information systems and services of the national police force and the French prefectures. (In France, prefectures are roughly equivalent to counties in the US and the UK, except that some prefectures are overseas units).
