A very late Edison Blue Amberol cylinder by Frankie Marvin who was hired to make some competitive recordings to the famous Cliff Edwards ukulele style. He is doing quite well with this one.
This record had some excessive hung grooves and has been digitally restored.

Subject: Greta version with full words
I heard a shorter and slower version of this tune by Riley Puckett. This has several more verses and a great 'scat' solo. A great song with a great sentiment - we all need to get out more!

Subject: Appreciation
My father used to sing this song when I was 8 years old - in the 30's. The only lyrics I could rmember were "Get out and Get Under the Moon" and that happened to be the title of the song! Because I play the uke - this version was especially great.
