Creepy, Not to Mention Pointless
There is more footage of little girls panties in this movie then one could expect to see in 10 Little Lulu cartoons (notorious as they were).
Maybe its me...but I wouldn't let the guy who shot this film anywhere near my daughters.
And strangely, what a to do about something like arches. This film is typical of the day when podiatrists were as numerous as doctors and had tailored their craft for over a century already.

Pretty awful advice for foot health
None of the exercises featured here would actually provide ANY benefit for good foot health. They should have spent a little time warning girls not to wear pointy toed (fashionable/church) shoes. Did you notice how damaged almost all of the girls feet already were and at such a young age. Actually, that's still advice that most men and women need to hear. Basic rule of thumb, if it's considered fashionable foot wear it's probably damaging your feet! I know this from working with foot models for years now.
Well, that's just the beginning of what's wrong with this "educational" short but I just don't have the time to fully elaborate and educate.

MY GOD GET OFF THAT SCOOTER
Both oddball and informative at the same time, EFFFCP presents some good advice mixed in with the not-so, and gets a thumbs up from me. I found some of the advice for jumping and running pretty good, but there's some advice on what you shouldn't do (don't use scooters! Don't skate with one roller skate) that's somewhat strange. Also the film features an unintended dark bonus, Young girls with too short skirts hanging on bars and swinging, therefore enabling us underwear shots. I don't LOOK OUT FOR THESE THINGS, that was just.. there.
