You enter Aprils world through a mysterious dream just to end up on a pile of unspoken words revealing what she claims. As you sleep alone just you and the dark. Notes As ephemeral as childhood dreams
Time passes by, but remains unseen.
As shocking as those nightmare screams
Those are so common when you’re just sixteen.
As the night, passes you by
Are you awake, when you’re awake?
As you look out into the day
Are you aware, the games you play?
Numbered nights are all you have
As age reveals its metered mark.
Dreams enter your world at night
As you sleep alone , just you and the dark.
