Thanks for uploading this! It's definitely mid 60's, based on it's style. Any earlier, and it would still have the 50s feel to it, any later, it would have a little more pizzazz. A lot of the mid to late 60s commercials were downbeat, but were more personable. If you notice, the announcer was simply speaking. Not doing a hard sell at all. The 50s were much more of a hard sell, announcers using much more inflection, while the writers were still not choosing their words as carefully as I think they should have. For example, there's a soap commercial on IA somewhere where they refer to the bar of soap as a "cake".
I give this 5 stars because it shows the clear leap in advertising styles.
