How marvelous to find this on line. A quarter century ago I drove to Salt Lake and fed nickels into a copier for two days to do it.

Can I please ask that you make a copy of Volume I. I see that the same library has both volumes and they need to be preserved together.

BTW, the writing and publication history of the two volumes is an interesting story unto itself. There was a delay between the two -- something called "The Great War for Civilization". It is really essential for the reader to be able to compare materials covering the same people in the same time periods, but with a difference between the two dates of writing.
