This is a Sun Technology demonstration given by Andrew Haley of Red Hat Inc., at the University of Sheffield on the 14th of May, 2008. It introduces the audience to OpenJDK and the IcedTea project, demonstrating the benefits of Sun's recent move to the GPL as the license for their JDK. The shorter second talk also details the TCK testing performed by Red Hat on IcedTea.
