This was my 4th show of the winter tour and I thought it blew the previous 3 out of the water. Listen to the interplay on Cassidy and you'll get my drift. It's so complex, fluid and batterly amazing. This band has literally brought the founders of the GD back to their form of years past. It's so amazing and so unexpected after all these years. I listen to this and have no idea it was played live in 2010 without Jerome. WOW

"...best authentic connection..."?? Come on! Ratdog is Ratdog, The Dead is The Dead, Furthur is Furthur. They all have original members and newcomers. I've seen them all (and GD) several times, and I agree that this was the greatest sound since Jerry. And dare I say, even better than some of the waning GD years.

actually it wasn't the best..every version Ratdog has played blows this away...with Bobby singing you get a true authentic connection...this is just imitation Jerry vocals, which does little for me...but thats just me

Subject: Great Show
I had a great time at this show, and with a setlist like that it would have been hard not to. Regardless of the setlist, I didn't have the highest of expectations for the band since they've only been playing together since September. I was pleasantly surprised to hear them as tight as they were. Not perfect, but still awesome. I really think the Furthur sounds exponentially better than The Dead's 2009 tour. I wasn't old enough to see the true GD, but I've always been blown away by DSO, and to see JK with Bobby and Phil is always something I've hoped to see. It's also nice to hear that people who have seen multiple GD shows think so highly of this show. As always, thanks for the upload.

Our crew wished to hear Wand Dang Doodle before the show in our hotel. We didn't have to wait long... the crowd came to thier feet as the band delivered. Highlight for me was the second set with help-slip-frank, chills are running down the spine as I think about it. POWERFULL Night, and I can only imagine how much better they will sound this summer! Thanks for posting and perpetuating the love.

40th anniversary of 02/13/70.I was sittin' in the car w/ my lovely wife tryin to warm up B4 we went inside, and Today in GD History came on satellite Dead station, and I thought it a sign of great music to come. I loved this show. saw Hampton the nite B4, which was great, but this show blew me out of the water. I've seen GD over 250 times. this was the best post Garcia show I have seen. They were on fire. this an extremely well played show, and a dream set list in any era of Dead. Listen, Love it, and be basked in the sounds of the Atomic Jukebox
