Subject: Snow, parking problems and equipment failures couldn't stop us dead heads
Driving to the show, there was already a few inches of snow on the ground while more snow and ice fell. Parking was a nightmare with cars getting stuck in the snowy fields around Stabler. Security felt they needed to search everyone before entering (like we have something to hide) so the wait to get in was an adventure on its own. Through out the night there were numerous technical difficulties but it all was vindicated with the version of Row Jimmy in which I swear Bob and Phil traveled back to 74 with Jerry guiding the way. After the show, the usual Dead hospitality shined as we helped each other dig and push our cars out of the 3-6 inches that fell during the show. This show was more memorable then The Deads Aug, 4 2004 show at Fords Pavilion in Scranton, PA when it rained for most of the show and then stopped seconds after the encore.
