I have to say that I am a little bit on the biased side of this concert because I grew up hanging out at that natural bowl and this is the first time I have seen a concert there. Awesome sound in that natural bowl. Seemed like a lot of space too. I give this one 4 only because I think there has to be some kind of extra achievement to get a 5 like some kind of off the wall guest appearance or something. Getting back to the music I was definatly not expecting the Strawberry fields (that was a treat) and the floyd was chilling. Overall I think further has got a real good thing going. It just worked out that I get to see them on the 3rd of July as well. Lets see if they can get a 5 next week!!

I can say one thing - this is a band that is improving. The playing is solid pretty mich throughout, with some high points, probably different for each listener.
Someone on Philzone said the jam after wheel was a trainwreck, I ended up finding Wheel thru Goin Down to be the most energenic and interesting of the entire night.
A neat little quirk (or not so neat) of this show is we get two complete, distinct versions of Not Fade Away - after listening to them back-to-back, I couldn't help but notice that the closer sounded notably lacking in energy compared to the opener. That and it truly is the same song played twice, the two are full versions, with no real connection like reprise our the rest of the verses, kinda odd, and something that I'm don't really like...
Incredible, 5 star recording

What a great pull!! Phish, Panic, and Furthur were all on stage this weekend and they all put on a heck of a show but this for me was the most intriguing.
So, so happy that the "boys" are back. Fun show, Outstanding recording!!!

I just re-listened to the verses with the lyrics in front of me, its Time > Breathe reprise. they only sing the last verse to Breathe which is labeled Breathe Reprise on DSOTM
sorry for the confusion.

One thing though, isn't it Time>Breathe on the Pink Floyd Cover?
I'm listening to this recording and they are bringing the energy they had from the Furthur Festival @ Mountain Aire for sure! This band just keeps on getting better, and to be honest (and I love Jay Lane~Primus) I really, really like this one drummer thing with Russo. The guy is a beast.
