Subject: one of the best
Subject: Wow!
What's coming through blazingly is the commitment to making the music something fresh and immediate and newly discovered right here, right now. While the setlist might suggest otherwise, this is in some ways the furthest thing imaginable from a nostalgia act. I'm getting off the couch to go see them this summer -- haven't been to a post-GD band in almost a decade -- and I'm really looking forward. These guys have my deepest respect.

When's the last time, or the next time, you are going to hear this song played live? Probably never. Embrace.
Subject: Wow.
Ship Of Fools-IMHBTR-Ship Of Fools was spellbinding. Friend of the Devil was great, and don't forget the second set. It all was great!

By any chance, is this Z-Man from Lafayette College?
Subject: ELVIS! Amazing Show!
There are so many things that can go poorly with guests on stage and really, this was about as perfect as it could get, in my opinion. One or two small glitches, but otherwise, just exactly perfect.
While "What's Become of the Baby" might have gone on a little too long, I thought that the rest of set II was really strong - the St Stephen and 11->UJB->Unbroken->Wheel->Dew->Sugar Mags was amazing. Days Between needs John singing it, imho, but I like it all the same. The Fever was a nice surprise and gave a taste they hadn't featured all night - and the Attics to truly close was sublime. WOW!

Subject: Pure Magic
Elvis Costello singing Ship of Fools> IMHBTR> Fools was spine-tingling!! The What's Become of the Baby was ethereal. John's singing of Morning Dew made Jerry smile down upon us. Phil thanking US for the music was touching. The Attics of My Life closer was the perfect icing on the cake of a beautiful, beautiful show.
Subject: Sweet Spot!
Thank you again Z-Man...
Subject: Fun show. Great 2nd set.
Subject: Sunrise!
P.S. Actually they played Sunrise at last years Furthur Festival...
