I've been listening to shows for over 30 years looking for the gems. I rarely record/downlaod one because I'm so picky.
Can anyone hook me up with a soundboard of this show??!! HELP ME I"M IN LOVE!!
I really like The Sugar Magnolia and Mountain Song. In my opinion, Furthur rarely plays the tricky songs like Unbroken Chain and King Solomon's Marbles very well. My favorite versions are with the PLQ in 2002-03. Yet this Unbroken Chain here has a flavor I can't resist. Somebody hep me. I can't hep mysef!

Perhaps my two favorite (meaning/sentimental) tunes the GD did. Back to back in this show...Unbelievable.

After 31 years of going to shows I sometimes question why I do it, but after this show I will never question why, only look forward to more. This show is the reason why we do it, the quest for that magical moment when the music plays the band and the crowd has just as much to do with it as the musicians on stage. This show was as close to perfection as I have witnessed, and I can't wait until the next time. Thank You Phil, Bob, JK, Jeff and Joe, Jerry would definitely love this band. We sure as hell did this night!

Thanks for putting this up. I had a great time at the Rocks and now I've got an outstanding way to remember. I will be looking for your recordings of the other shows. Peace!

At the end of the Dark Star jam, Kadlecik teases the melody from "Simple Gifts" before landing on the opening notes of St. Stephen. Nice. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_Gifts

I only made it to the second show of this visit but it was stellar. I'm enjoying Further as much if not more than the original Dead shows from the 90s. The new blood has vitally infused the musicianship. Russo is great drummer! Solid recording. Phil at times dominated the live sound (in a good way) but I don't get that sense with this feed.

Whew...Man that was an excellent show. Delaying Fire on the Moutain was genius, it was so beautiful coming out of Darkstar. These guys still have it, and I hope will keep producing music for awhile longer...:) Thank you Furthur for a great night at Red Rocks!!!

This recording is absolutely superb. Some of the tastiest Furthur I've heard, especially in the 2nd set. The sound is warm, energetic, "open" and propelled by such fine musicianship. Thanks for sharing this gem and for uploading it lightning fast.

this is one of the best audience recordings i have heard, Gman's copies have been equally amazing. But this recording is just amazing. This band continues to take it one step furthur every tour. Phil Lesh is amazing and continues to master his instrument and he by far is the best bass player there is and he is 70 years old!! And he is still inventing new approaches and ways he does things, constantly keeping it fresh and learning. And Bobby is one of the most gifted musicians i know of and he is playing like he did when he in his 20's, with that same passion and energy and he has been doing this for 50 YEARS! And he is still changing, improving and inventing. He is a MASTER of his craft! And then there is JK. From a new by HS near me and my same age. Those same wonderful things said about Phil and Bobby can be said about JK. What a great. gifted musician. Too me he is the best guitar player in Music right now. Every set he plays w/ Furthur is just making him that much better of a player. Joe Russo is incredible. He sounds like multiple Drummers, his sense and command of rhythm is mind blowing. He sounds like Hart and Billy when he plays.
THis Night, these two sets , is one of the Best Live shows I have heard in YEARS. This rivals 85 Dead at times for me. And I never thought I would ever say something like that!! Jerry would be so proud of these Guys!
