Subject: Pickles N' Sheep
This rather strange film, yes, documents (I think) the troubles of gambling.. In this instance, CHESS is the taboo game here. A Mr. Sheep is losing his mind I guess after playing too much, and stays at home and he greets Mr Pickles for a game at home. One moment, who the hell thought of these names? Soon, fervent playing causes the two men to fall asleep. Sheep has an ultrabizarre dream, something about losing a chess game then having his identity taken over I guess? and that makes him give up the chess game for good. Surreal (Mr Pickles' hair is one for the ages) and bizarre, though it's really hard to say if the filmmakers were aiming for that, this is highly reccomended by me! (and I havent said that in a while!)

Subject: More Interesting than Entertaining
A rare example of a 40's-re-issue of a silent film, may be interesting for a documentry on 1909 or such.
