Hitoshi Akayama, Katsuyuki Kameigarden of the metal (2001)

Would you like to try our new video/audio player ? (beta!)

I made the inorganic objects in this desolate space appear to move of their own volition. Software used ''MAYA''. All motions of an object are controlled by ''MEL(Maya Embedded Language)'' and ''Expression''. This work was awarded excellence prize in the ''Non-interactive division'' of the ''2000 4th.Agency for Cultural Affairs media Arts Festival''.

Subject: Complicated
On the serface it is very simple but it,s actualy the serface that makes this so complicated. Every thing in the video has texture.

The audio track would drive you insane if it played all the time.
