I feel like I just love so many of these concerts... I have been listening to them in chronological order while exercising for a couple years and the glorious 1970 acoustic sets Live up to their reputation. But very few are soundboards so one cannot be so picky but remain in gratitude that we have something. This is fun I love hearing this version of trucking and it's a shame that the sound was so "insane" that they had to abort completely. The electric set is just fire. It jams hard really this is some don't miss 1970 material in my opinion. I wish I had found this website earlier but I can't recommend it highly enough and I'll probably post it quite a bit. This is the wonderful blog of Jesse jarnow and he reviews each concert very detailed and if you're reading this you're going to want to read his blog as well. I'm always very hesitant to post any kind of link here because they often go bad over time and then you end up with some virusy thing but as of this post the link is still good and should be for the foreseeable future. If you find that the link is bad please be sure to post about it because it's hard to remove something and follow up comments aren't being forwarded to me at this point not sure if there's an option for that or not

pigpen organ fully in the mix a real rarity for 70/71 where the vast majority of shows he's low/ inaudible
same for dancin in da street. on most versions you hear the organ intro riff then he's much lower. this version he's consistently 'in the mix.'

The acoustic sets during this run are impressive. St. Stephen is at it's best mid '70. Not Fade Away is one of the best.

Awesome 1970's set
Really love the Not Fade Away, with hints of Cosmic Charlie and Going Down the Road Feelin' Bad.....

As of today, nothing complete exists of listenable quality. God, that reads pretty depressing. You know what I mean.

finally a somewhat audible version of the rarely played operator. vocals a little low but every other AUD version ive heard was horrible quality. this set also contains the ultra rare acoustic Truckin with Pigpen on "pie-anner" as bobby would say. deff give this a listen
