Notes
Notes:
- First audience recording of this show to circulate.
- Shared to www.shnflac.net on the 50th anniversary of this historic evening.
- No patch work was performed to cover tape flips, missing songs, etc. This is as Charles captured it.
- Occasional dropouts (most notably around the tape change during 'Eyes of the World').
Notes from phone call with Charles and Jim on November 11, 2023:
"Last good dark star they ever played...Mono audience tape is better than the sbd because it has the acoustics of winterland...dead center 10 rows back...mono sony recorder...Sony TC-55. 11-9 and 10 were recorded but they were damaged because of sand that got into the blank tapes at the beach playing frisbee the day before, figured it out after recording the shows with damaged tapes. Bought new blanks to record the 11th"
