Notes
This remaster was created from the shn #16468 files.
#16468 is the one and only share of this show. Until now.
So, the original share has the two channels 180 degrees out of phase.
One side of the waveform is up-side down.
You can see this without even zooming in.
I thought maybe this would turn out to be mono.
But after inverting one channel it was evident that there was a nice
audience capture in there, in stereo.
The rest of what I do is corrective eq and making sure the channels are
even volume wise throughout the frequency spectrum.
This recording did capture the show very well. Sometimes it seems like maybe
the drums could have been a bit louder. The piano comes through very well.
And the bass is very prominent from start to finish.
This is the penultimate show with Keith and Donna overall. Last show of the tour.
My old computer with Pro Tools LE on it has died.
This work was all done in ocenaudio and Harrison Mixbus. Recreating my way of working
as learned in PT LE.
Everything I work on goes through the same procedure. Old audience recording, or modern
digital capture or defeating horrible mastering on official releases. It's all the same.
The included screen captures show somewhat how the remaster differs from the original.
caveat emptor: The pitch is what it is. Good or bad. Sounds decent to my ears.
