Agree w/ the Estimated comments
I'm not always a fan of Bobby-screams, also not always a fan of those big echos that started coming around in the 80's, but WOW - this Estimated really blew away my expectations. Even the little electronic-drum fills (assuming from Micky?) seemed perfect. Great later-day-Dead show!
Recording is, as is almost always the case with Mr. Miller's work, excellent.

Thanks again Charlie. Great sound. Fairly typical setlist for the time frame, and not full of big heavy hitters. But fine versions of many songs - Bird Song, Music Never, Bertha, Sugar and Sugaree.
Brent's plays very well on the jams that close each set. Reminds me of how the bad sounded when I was lucky enough to see them live.

My First Show!
I was completely ripped for this, but the hallucinations were tolerable. What a great set. Estimated tore the house down. Some guy poked his head up over the riser lip from the walkway beneath in time with "Cal-if-orn-ia" lip sync. Then to disappear beneath again! Permanently seared in from the time fog with that energy brimmed beatific face illuminated from The Grateful Dead. I went to 7 more GD shows after this one, and 3 JGB shows (including a birthday show @ Ventura Fairgrounds that was amazing)! ;o)>

cool estimated
really like the estimated -- if you like bobby jamming out the estimated w/ a little whammy bar and then lots of screaming w/ echo delay, you'll like this.
enjoyable, good sounding sbd

What a great listen !!
And on this date in Grateful Dead history...
Can't wait till 11/13/15 so I can listen again. Really enjoyed this one. Wonderful sound, and you can feel the energy from the band. Goosebumps twice during the first half of the second set.

Testify!
You would not believe me? You will now. Estimated will bring out the True Believer in you. This is an intensity unheard of in 70s versions. The song morphed into a day-glow Tasmanian Devil. We already knew it was a chameleon.

Good performance. Fine sound by Charlie. For those of you without subwoofers the bass is a little thin.
