Subject: It satisfies
Well said Spoozey. I'm glad to have the opportunity to access this free content on a daily basis because of people that worked their butts off taping these shows.

Heck, I still pull out my cassette tapes that sound like total crap and I still enjoy them.

Yeah overall, not a super duper aud recording, but the performance satisfies.

Subject: Great show!
I can't disparage other people's taping efforts when my own efforts over the years have resulted in tapes that would be tossed into the East River without hesitation. Kudos to all the tapers who managed to get thru a whole show way back when, when certain forces were against them. Just listen to Sugar Mag, if that doesn't put a smile on your face, I don't know what will. That being said, if you come across an aud that's not up to your standards, before bashing, remember what that person went thru to TRY and get that show on tape for future generations!

Subject: Hmmm...5?
Good show, but if you are giving it 5 stars, I can point you to a million 10 star shows. This is a good show performance-wise, setlist is OK and the sound is, well, bad. Got mud in your ears? No, that's just the way it is. Not a great AUD. There are other AUD's from even earlier than 73 that sound way better. That being said, the highlight here is the Promised > Bertha > Greatest. The Greatest being one of the best performances of this song I have ever heard. I agree with borndead below that Weir is on.

4 for performance, 2 for sound, 4 for setlist = 3.333 overall.
