Subject: First California Show

This was my 1st CA show after being on the East Coast and after 2 years in Japan - Thought it was awesome. Drove from San Diego and was not disappointed.

i think some of these reviewers are still at the show....i just downloaded the first song and i have to say it sounds like a 10 year old cassette that has been sitting in the hot sun....pretty much terrible quality...wouldn't bother with it

Subject: Great Show

It was a sunny day, they played in a baseball field if I remember. I had just seen them in Ventura, and this was a wonderful show, prehaps even stronger. I brought a friend of mine and he was more impressed with Bobby than Jerry. Bobby played very well that day. Cd quality is great. This is one you want.

Subject: GD Picinic

This was a sunny day in Santa Cruz mountains. This had a big family picnic feel to it. My first show (of many).

I don't know if it was the roses, but the sky was yellow and the sun was blue. The highlights of the show were Birdsong, Uncle John's Band and Brokedown Palace.
