Scarlet>Fire is So Fat and Juicy ! You can hear everyone clearly, Phil is very active and threads all the parts together. Healy throws in some miniature paper pictures and stirs the pot... halfway through the jam Jerry’s shining and Brent starts dropping Marimba sounds into the mix, they work together to build the foundation for a Smokin’ Fire. The song crescendos with Healy using the echo pedal on the chorus. Loved it when he’d join the fun.
Estimated is surprisingly strong for a tour opening show. If you’re familiar with the Lysergic Meltdown 10.14.84 in Hartford, this was the early precursor.
Oh, did I mention the sound is nice and full?
