strong 1st set and half of 2nd
first set features some great songs played in a really funky/interesting way, really good stuff
2 set starts out rockin pre drums, everything is great and then the band kind of loses it out in space somewhere and doesnt come back for the last of the show, overall good second set though

An 86 Surprise
I agree with much that has been said - a great 86 show! But this version is a little fast. The Miller's SBD is correct.
This is a three star and Miller's a four

LOVE this show !!
I had the first set of this show when I was a teen, about twenty years ago. The quality as crappy, probably 35th generation or something like that. So gald to have found this again ! And the quality........good gosh....it's awesome ! I always LOVED this Aiko. But this ahs to be the fastest OMSN ever. And in kind of an unusual place for that song as well. But thena gain how often did you hear 1/2 Step into Franklin's ? Definitely a unique show, before the alte 80's and 90's era where you could literally predict the next song with 95% accuracy. This show definitely is not the most stellar, but I gotta give five stars for uniqueness. And the nostalgia of being one of my first Dead tapes ever. Can't wait to lsiten to this quality though !

Nice 1/2 step > Franklins transition
Sparkling sound quality. They sound tight until Jerry's playing and voice go downhill late in the second set, closing with a lackluster Sugar Mag and Day Job.

Good opener
This was a good opening night of this 5 night run at HJK. Between Chinese New Year and Mardi Gras, there sure were some extras included. My first West Coast shows...nothing like this happened on the East Coast..had nowhere to stay, just got off the airplane and started dancing..nice folks in Bezerkely let me stay at their house. What a week.
