Subject: All good
All strong songs throuthout this show. The audience mix really helps take you there (even though I did not attend damit!). The Playin through Terrapin/MLBjam is riveting, and there is a gorgeous Stella here.
The audience participation during the entire show is great and especially during TJed as said in other posts. I mean how many times do you hear Jerry allow the audience to take parts of a song. Wow! The humble m'fer. He was the best.
Great show - wish I was there.

Subject: Loser
The band released "Loser" throught the Taper's Section series on the website - back when you could still download those offerings. It's release quality - and is a staple on my iPod.

Subject: A dozen for dozin'
Some of this could get twelve stars....well, it sounded clever anyway. I hear things like the UJB intro or the solo in the same, and the hair on the back of my neck stands up. Truly great musicianship. I do miss these guys, but it's great having archive.org. Good community in here, too. Come to think of it, I miss sharing the music in person with 'youall'.

Subject: Don't just Doze
Don't you dare assume that Dozin' captured all the highlights from this run. The Boys were tappin' the flow from the LTGTR opener on 3/24 right on through Brokedown 2 nights later. What a task it must have been to figure out what to leave out on Dozin' cause it's all pure gold.
Enjoy (if you haven't already) getting to know these shows in their entirity.
PLEASE somebody post an aud for 26th

Subject: Great Show
I'll take a good sounding AUD over a soundboard anyday. This one is definately one of those. With a little tweaking on the EQ and you're there! Good setlist too. Worth the download.

Subject: LOVE THIS SHOW BUT 3-28-90 TOPS 1990
The show at Nassau had the give and take with the audience that makes a show timeless. Its all about energy.
By the way, what happened to the recording on this site. I downloaded it a few months back and now can't find it.
Happy listening!!

Subject: Loser, yes, Loser!!!!!
Thank goodness for those of you are baffled by the exclusion of Loser on Dozin at the Knick. I love everything about this show, but I have been wondering, since the releasse of "Dozin," how they could've possibly left it out. It is a sublime moment and I would gladly have traded the second set on that recording for this version of LoserAn amazing show and my absolute favorite Loser. Sorry to go on and on about it, but I have been waiting years to vent my frustration

Subject: tough call
those browsing through the spring tour looking for downloads must be having a hard time choosing because night after night it was one great show after another. This is the one the got people talking. After this gig,, people knew this spring tour was gonna fly and it did. Don't let this one get lost in the shuffle. Brent goes heavy on the "bells" this night and it pays off. Good stuff.

Subject: Chills....and thrills....
I went out and bought Dozin' the day it came out. and was a little dissapointed that it did not include the Loser from this night, nor the
bird song and Let it Grow from the 2nd, nor the DEW from the last. Hell they should have just released the whole damn run. I Just listened to the Loser for the first time since that night and i got the chills.
It was cold, cold, cold and wet outside but it was Hot inside. The 1st set was outasite and the 2nd didn't lag but I was always partial to the 2nd night...But the loser this night was explosive. This was a fucking awesome spring tour, the Capital, Copps, Nassau w/ Brent and these 3 where tremendous. Great shows in a new house, so new that i went barefoot and my feet where still clean at the end of the night.
show get 5. Sound 3+, a little too much echo but not bad.
The boards are no longer available for download, anyone know where i can get them?

Subject: some comments
judging the audio recording solely, its good but not spectacular. certainly not the best or nearly the best aud GD seed in circulation. 11.1.85 comes to mind immediately as a more impressive aud seed.

Subject: Solid '90 stuff
Nice to hear the outtakes of Dozin'. Definitely still buy Dozin' for the sound quality, but download the whole 1st set so then you have both. They did a nice job with Dozin', after you listen to all this stuff you'll hear that they selected the strongest performances, most of the rest is so-so.

Subject: Quite good
I'm a huge dead fan, and i've got a lot of very good shows of theirs. this is def one of them. the loser jam really is hot, as the first guy said. the 'mind left body jam' is pretty interesting as well. jerry must have had a little too many pyschoactives this show, cause he misses a few notes, but he comes through strong in this dank recording. i reccomend a dl here.

Subject: best schoeps recording ever?
possibly.
that Looser is absolutely mind blowing. Ol' Jer really blows the lid off of his guitar solo. The place goes nutz!
Too bad I was standing outside in the rain by a barrel fire that day. Tix were a hard score at the knick in 90.
