This number from the Broadway hit "Little Johnny Jones" has remained a well-known song to this day. George M. Cohan wrote and started in the show, but Billy Murray (who made close to 9,000 recordings in his lifetime) recorded the songs to this play. This Columbia recording is not the best acoustically, but it is a good example of the style that was so very popular at the dawn of the 20 th century.

Billy Murray again!! Love this guy and his voice! Problem is, this song is way too short (maybe it's cut off?) and somewhat predictable (especially in the chorus)
