A New Deal Classic
"Silicosis can be prevented", Frances Perkins states in this remarkable film, presenting methods of dust control in mines. It's an information film of high quality, comparable to the best 1930s films produced by USDA and DOI. The ARC database doesn't mention details about the production - manuscript, director, photography etc. Perhaps the uploader or someone else could provide that information?
