Stephanie Ford Forrester, Chair of the LLF, introduces biographer Charles Foran and publisher/editor Louise Dennys of Knopf Canada at the 17th Lakefield Literary Festival, Saturday, July 16th, 2011. "Mordecai: The Life and Times" won the 2011 Charles Taylor Prize for Literary Non-Fiction. In a unique dialogue Charles and Louise explore the complex relationship between authors and editors. Mordecai Richler died July 3rd, 2001 and this is the definitive biography of the internationally recognized Canadian literary figure.
