The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. This is W.H. Ireland's personal, interleaved copy. It contains manuscript corrections, in pencil, both within the text and on the interleaved sheets and is autographed by Ireland on the title page. A letter from George Chalmers, regarding the possibility of the two profiting from a production of the play, in light of Ireland's then recent confession, is bound-in at front and cataloged separately under call no. G.395313 no. 2. The verso of the letter contains Ireland's response
