"Colloque de l'entree ou arriuee en la terre du Bresil entre les gens du pays nommez Tououpinambaoults, & Toupinenkin en langage sauuage & François", p. 347-379, contains numerous phrases in the Tupi language translated into the French language, a discussion of grammar with examples, and a comparative glossary of words in Tupi and French. There are also numerous words and phrases in the Tupi language scattered throughout the text
This is the first edition of the author's work to include music. Includes musical notations with words in the Tupi language on p. 159, 173, 279, 285, and 286
