Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy shelved under call no. G.4012.45 quarterbound in 19th-century vellum and papier tourniquet. The spine is overlaid with a maroon leather label with the title stamped in gilt along its length. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. This copy belonged to the English actor William Macready, who autographed the title page and annotated the text extensively. A bibliographic inscription in the hand of Thomas Pennant Barton is present on the title page. A slip of ruled paper is tipped onto the recto of page 13 with an inscription that reads, "Interleave with ruled paper for my other remarks and two or three leaves at the beginning."
