Subject: Digitalization by Microsoft (MSN) Failed in Translation of this Important Book
Subject: Digitalization by Microsoft (MSN) Failed in Translation of this Important Book
The digitilization conducted by Microsoft (MSN) in efforts to archive important books failed to convert many of the most important information (which unless you have the book format) which we will never know what is missing, unless you have the book format to use in comparison. Apparently, Microsoft did not check the technical quality of their digital conversion of the book so that any special characters, or in some cases, normal characters, were converted into their non-equivocal symbols, leaving the document error-driven. What that has done is to leave a digital copy, presumed to have succeeded when it, in fact, had failed, for future generations of readers and users. Microsoft under the guise of having converted books to digital format, has actually left a digital format of a book that will no longer be readable or available to future generations to read. It is a very common problem of both Microsoft's and Google's substandard efforts to provide digital conversion of analog books. Eventually, and hopefully, in future generations, they will realize the shortcomings of the substandard work that was done for this process. However, until that time comes, this book, in its current digital format is largely unreadable and indigestible for intellectual consumption.
