Eggs on Weinies anyone?
A most irritating host shows us the many many ways you can cook with eggs with help with Bill, the most pissed-off looking chef ever (probably because the host calls him a âcookâ), and apparently the organist from âA Visit to Santaâ as the organ music here is just BAD. Anyways, they cheerfully (well, the host at least) go through the many types of eggs there are (mmm powdered eggs) and types of dishes from scrambled (âNotice the loose tender forms of yellowâ) to poached (âThe white is set, but appears jellylike and opaqueâ). By the end, youâre just screaming to puke, because all of the dishes donât look appetizing at all, but come on, donât you want him to perform the magic egg trick just ONE MORE TIME?

Very....mellow
Almost like taking Xanax....it has a certain relaxing, low stress pace to it. Who knew eggs could be so "versatile"?
Gives several preparation techniques, including Quiche, which, according to the presenter is a "Savoury Custard Pie" often called "The Perfect Light Meal".
Also introduces several cooking appliances for institutional use, including the Deck Oven, Steam Jacketed Kettle, and Tilting Skillet.
Very enjoyable watch for that lazy Sunday.
