Subject: Good Show, Thanks for Posting
Good show and atmosphere The sound from 2008-04-20 is cleaner, but they're both fun.

I know previous posts have corrected song titles, but I'll recap and add a couple:

Yeah, this is definitely a great recording. and track #16 isn't brushfire fairytales, it's inaudible melodies. but its on the brushfire album. also the song which isnt on any album i think you called it "find my way back to you" he wrote about his lemon tree which was dead when he came home from no water while he was on one of his tours. hah he told us he wrote it about that. Also, im not being critical im just saying that "cool people" is really "good people", "Sooner or later" is really "monsoon" 24 is "better together", and 21 is "gone", and insted of "hope youre not alone" its just called hope.

I'm glad you liked this show. I have both of the Dave Matthews sets seeding at bt.etree.org.

Also, the Jack Johnson from Sunday Night 4/20 is seeding there as well.

Somehow, somebody else put this show from 4/19 up here and I just signed up for a login so I can see what I have to do to get the 4/20 show archived.

BTW, the audio quality of the 4/20 show is even nicer than this one.

Subject: Excellent recording!!
I have been at all the Kokua Festivals that Jack and Kim have put on, and this year was the BEST yet! This recording I was very impressed with and the audience noise is minimal if any at all. Excellent Job and thank you so much for putting this up on the archives. Now I just hope that someone got the whole show, especially Dave and Tim's set from both nights and as well as the second night from Jack.

Location: Section CC1 - equivalent to row 25 center

I'm not intimately familiar with all the songs titles
of Jack's songs - although the audience seemed to know
the lyrics of each one! - so please forgive me if one or
two is off.

The theme of this and prior Kokua Festivals:

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE

BTW, Kokua means "help" so let us all keep the spirit of the
festival and practice the 3 R's.
