Great book, adequate recording
I found this an amazing read. I didn't know much about the historical period or political issues in question, but the book made them accessible and exciting.
The recording is done by a number of different readers, and it's very uneven. Some chapters get clear, listenable, expressive readings; others have too much noise or are read without much expression.
