Notes
Notes:
In the tradition of his special event shows, Jed played a Holiday Revue in 2009 to raise money for the fight against hunger in America. The event was broadcast online and in Secondlife at the Hundred Year Hall on Darkstar. Advance tickets were sold, along with Jed's holiday CD "Peace", all to benefit the charity. The event raised over $300 for the cause.
Musically, this is as rockin' a show as any, and as usual Jed infuses it with humor, charm and theatrics. From the first set's Grinch opener and Good Lovin' tease in Feliz Navid, to the second set's Little Drummer Boy and Hannukah song/Dreidel song combo, the show is filled with fun holiday favorites, jammed out in true Jed style.
The show featured as a special treat, during an extended setbreak, the Heritage Hills Players' radio broadcast of "Merry Christmas George Bailey," for which Jed performed music, sound effects and voices. The broadcast is also included here.
This is a wonderful Jed event, and a show to be listened to year and again to jam into the holiday spirit!
