Subject: Duck and cover!
A bit of a white knuckles speech given by JFK. The Russians were, of course, situated off Cuba and noone knew what the dickens they were doing there except to challenge the Americans. JFK really doesnt try to calm people down by neutralizing this, he just essentially lays it on the line to how deep in doodoo we were in..
