Subject: So underrated...

This show is one of the coolest available. It is a very early performance; he mentions he wrote some of the tunes a week prior to this performance. Very early rendition of Common Pleasure, and other cool tunes. Mraz is probably the most underrated musicians out there, dont miss out by not getting this show!! Not sure what people are referring to when they say his voice is not as polished....he sings fantastically in this performance, hitting very few bad notes.

Subject: Wonderful

I am there with everyone else, this is a great show. Like someone said his voice is not as polished, but as we all know he has gotten so much better over the years. I love the old acoustic shows so this is a must have for both listening to and a collection.

Subject: Great stuff!!!

This is a great recording. Especially because this is just vocals and guitar! not a band to muddle it up. Many of the songs are very mellow, so be in the mood

Very nice solo Mraz. Great recording, and some old school tunes really make this download worth it!

Subject: download this show... if you want to be happy!

Having not heard the official Jason Mraz album, I downloaded this to check his tunes out a bit before throwing down some green. After hearing this set, I'm upset 'cause it's late at night and the record stores are all closed! I gotta wait till tomorrow to go pick that album up! For real, he's *that* talented. Impressive... yeah... to say the least.
Much respect to all the etree heads and all visitin folk too. Peace&Positivity.

Subject: Great hardcore Jmraz show

This is a must have show for any hardcore Jason Mraz show. It is a great quality recording. The whole concert is very intimate, as it is just Mraz and his guitar. The audience is very very quiet and respectful. Listening to this, one can tell that Mraz was still just starting out his career. Though he sings beautifully, his guitar playing and voice aren't as polished as they are today. The show is simply amazing. There is nothing like this out there. Get it right away and share it with everyone!

Great quality recording, and hearing this old living room concert is like finding a lost gold nugget. It is great to see how far Jason has come in the three years since this show. Download this show!

Notes

This was a LRC (living room concert) of particular significance to my wife Sonja and I, as she was hospitalized with severe pregnancy complications only days before the show. As we had folks flying in from all over the country, Sonja insisted the show go on with the provision we tape it for her to enjoy later :) Jason was moved to dedicate his entire set to Sonja and gifted us with one of the most beautiful and moving performances I have ever experienced. Enjoy :) Visit jasonmraz.com for info on the man from the man himself, rightkindofphrase.com , and Common Pleasure at groups.yahoo.com/group/commonpleasure/ to get in on the Mraz fan community, or just plain track him down and get a gander for yourself ;)
