-minimal PA static in d1t02 and distortion in d1t05
-gain at preamp significantly increased before "Still Beating" and
reduced after--no attempt was made to smooth this out
in post. The noise level (from the PA and the ventilation) also
rises, naturally.
-brief feedback in d2t04
-a few very low freq bumps on the railing can be detected
in the quietest sections

processing included auto-convert to 32b.f. format, fades,
resample to 44.1, Waves L2 with dither to 16 bits.
