Subject: Knuckleheads Concert
This is my first experience with Archive, but I have an MP3 recording of a previous Ricci concert, and this is SPECIAL! I love the guests. It's really rare to have this much talent on one stage at one time, and then to have it in no-loss format, I am sold! The Train Medley by Joe Filisco was great, and then to have the real train come in a couple of songs later in FULL Fidelity!! almost blew me outa my chair!!

Subject: amazing show
as amazing as any jason ricci show is, this one is special, indeed. ocurring on the eve of the annual SPAH harmonica convention, jason had a whole bunch of special guests sitting in. joe filisko, dennis gruenling, pat ramsey, and a bunch more. a veritable "who's who" of contemporary harp. and the final track, with jason, dennis, and pat all together is just incredible.
don't miss this one.
4 hours, 13 minutes, and 17 seconds worth
of finished product that sits on 5 discs.
Musicians:
1 Jason Ricci - Harp, Vocals
2 Shawn Starsky - Guitar
3 Steve Johnson - Drums
4 Willie Golman - Bass
5 Dave "Elmo" Bailey - vocals
6 Brian from TX - Bass
7 Nicolas Fouquet aka, froggy - harp
8 Allen Holmes - harp
9 Jimmie Meade - harp
10 Buzz Krantz - vocals
11 Dennis Gruenling - harp
12 Gina Fox - vocals
13 Joe Filisko - vocals, harp
14 Pat Ramsey
15 Gino Bambino - harp
Knuckleheads is basically part of Fog Cycles tucked
away between the freeway and railroad tracks. You
could throw a rock and easily hit either of them.
This recording, like any live recording, contains the
sounds surrounding the venue. In this case the couple
of trains you hear will be the most surprising.
Special Thanks goes out to Garry Hodgson for bringing
this show to my attention otherwise I would of never
known it was happening which means there would not be
a complete tape to share with all of you.
