Subject: Amazing!!!
This set blazes from start to finish. Thank you for the introduction to this incredible talent. The sound quality is top notch, one of the best I have heard from LMA. My next stop is his website to purchase his cd's and help support this magnificent musician.

Subject: Wow - All hail the Archives!!
I got a heads-up about these guys from the Kimock list and cruised on over here to check 'em out. Wow, what a band!! This show is the best-sounding one on the Archive, the recording and mix are great.

And, because I found 'em here, I was honor bound to attend their recent show at the Ramshead Tavern AND I bought a CD after the show and had Jim sign it - SCORE!

Get this show, you will not be sorry!!

Don't you love when you hit upon some GREAT music....1:10 from the initial fadein and I KNEW this was a shoe-in for billie D's [and ANYONES] ever growing collection from the "ives"...This place absolutely is the best to opening the mind to the TONS of music being played today..AWESOME!!

This is by far the best sounding Jim Weider show to date. This band is a must see and hear!

What a nice discovery. Jim's an amazing guitarist. He covers several genres at this show and is surrounded by some top flight players. Fans of the late Roy Buchanan, as well as Steve Kimock, will find much to enjoy here. Recording quality is top notch.

Subject: My compliments to the chef!
If you haven't caught the Jim Weider Band II lately you don't know what you're missing! Nasty guitar licks abound, laced with funky bass & drums in your face and you've got the makings of some wicked soul stew (it's okay to get some on you bro, you'll go back for more)! When's the last time you heard anyone tackle a complex Jeff Beck tune and do it justice, or slap you in the face with some of the hottest original nitro fueled music this side of nawlins'? Git yer butt out to see these boyz and you'll thank me fer tellin' you 'bout 'em...P.S. check out jimweider.com for all the band's club dates and browse a great site as well!

Notes

Jim Weider- Guitars
Jesse Gress- Guitars
Daniel Grimsland- Bass
Randy Ciarlante- Drums

These four quiet, unassuming guys strolled into the Narrows Center one April night, and proceeded to blow the doors off of the joint!

Enjoy, compliments of www.nemusicscene.com and Jim Weider.
