GlomagGlomag - The Axis And The Alloy [kpu029] ()

Glomag is Chris Burke, a sound and web designer based in New York City. His first Kikapu release, "The Axis and The Alloy," is a series of fragmentations in which the original sample material is sometimes glimpsed only fleetingly, and sometimes left standing unscathed in the midst of new electronic constructions. Chris Burke's previous work with his band Glorified Magnified and his solo releases "Idioglossia" and "Oil War" were the breeding ground from which this more fragmented style emerges. Glomag also can often be spotted in New York City performing with laptops and Gameboys.
