mental tspMental TSP - Control Implications [kpu035] ()

Tee Parham is not wholly unfamiliar to visitors of Kikapu; he is also one of the men behind the Karl Zeiss project, which was one of our first releases nearly a year ago. mental tsp is Mr. Parham's solo project, and he has decided to offer an exclusive release through the Kikapu site. He states that the idea behind 'control implications' is that of "social systems as machines and the concept of the individual within those machines," while at the same time being motivated by "global tension and personal isolation." mental tsp explores the more experimental side to his music in this release, with fully digitized slices of dub breaks and glitchy microbeats hovering over a bed of droning synths.
