Formed in 2001 in Jyväskylä, Finland. Started by covering The Cure, but switched to original songs in 2002. All members have been in numerous bands playing different styles of music over the years before forming Cold Colours. Thus it is natural that all members have also contributed equally to songwriting from the beginning. Their ambition is to make music that is dark and atmospheric but also rude and unconventional. In their live shows Cold Colours have become an intensive and uncompromising act. At the moment Cold Colours are promoting their new EP Have You Seen The Ghost of John? which was released in the beginning of June, and now released as an mp3 release by Laconia Records.
