Lantern Recordings and Affiliated Groups was established in 1999 as part of an effort to consolidate and document a vibrant arts community taking hold in South Florida. Initially incorporating multiple disciplines, our effort acted as an umbrella group for contemporary dance, experimental theater, film and visual arts.
As of March 2007, Lantern Records has launched itself as a net.label and internet radio station.
Now up and running, we hope to bring a diverse and eclectic mix of music to you as time progresses along the lines of experimental,textural soundscapes, noise, neo-classical, hillbilly, pop, dance, spoken word and more...
