An undercover Paratimer has disappeared on assignment while in an alternate time line, and it’s up to Verkan Vall of the Paratime Police to save her. Boy I didn't get this story at all. There were too many names and not enough character development. It probably should have been a full-sized story.

Reader was good, as usual.
