He also discusses Hiram Wilsońs effort for educating the black people in Canada, praising Wilsońs dedication but expressing doubts regarding his ability to properly carry out such a project. Finally, he discusses the steps being taken by the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, ́which will suddenly give development to an Anti-Slavery missionary organization.́
