Holograph, signed with initials
Mary Gray Chapman writes to Maria Weston Chapman and Deborah Weston saying that she has been to a meeting all day. Mr G[arrison?] covered the case of the slave. Lizzy's school mistress is Miss Goodhue, "not the teacher of the Academy whose name is Reed the pupil of the Mr. Bailey & Miss Weston." Mary G. Chapman asks if Lydia P. left news of Edward Grafton. She requests that Deborah Weston deliver a note and flowers to Mary G. Chapman's friend, Helen. Lewis Gunn has not forgotten the papers
