Joseph Lupton writes William Lloyd Garrison promising to do his best in regards to the temperance meeting scheduled for October 15 in Bradford. Lupton asserts that they cannot forgo the meeting scheduled on the 14th, as the town hall has already been reserved for them, many friends have consented to attend, and the meeting has already been advertised in the local newspapers
