Manuscript addressed on recto from "Washington St"
Samuel Edmund Sewall forwards to William Lloyd Garrison a copy of paperwork pertaining to the "trust" established for Garrison, and states that both Mr. Endicott and Mr. Coffin had reviewed the figures therein and declared them to be satisfactory and in conformance with the original tallied figures. Sewall requests that Garrison review the figures as well, and reply with his opinion on the matter. Sewall informs Garrison that he has drafted a letter from the trustees to Garrison, which Mr. May has reviewed, and that they are waiting for Mr. Quincy's "critical eye" to review it prior to its signing
