Title devised by cataloger
Manuscript addressed from "Anti-Slavery Office"
James Miller M'Kim writes William Lloyd Garrison stating that he is looking "forward with some anxiety" to the anti-slavery convention organized by James Redpath to take place in Boston the following weekend. M'Kim states his concern over the emphasis placed on "individual action", arguing that it would be to his regret for their friends and/or movement to be "mixed up with measures of doubtful purpose", and that good intentions alone are hardly "sufficient qualification"
