Yearbook of the 1954-1955 academic year. The Lion 1955 features a copy of a letter from Dezi Arnaz, dated December 3, 1954, in which he thanks English instructor, Dr. Annette P. Crickard, for the honor of judging the East Mississippi Junior College contestants for Most Beautiful and Most Handsome. He and his wife, Lucy Ball, chose the winners, “…Barbara Wood and Curry Palmer, for their appearance and personality.” A photograph of the judges, Lucy and Desi, is included.
